DISCLOSURE EX ART. 13 GDPR ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CARRIED OUT BY FIBERNET SRL

Fibernet srl, with registered office in Formello (Rome), Via degli Olmetti 18, P.Iva 06557181002, as Data Controller (hereinafter also “Owner”) pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, containing the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter also GDPR), hereby intends to inform you about the methods of processing the data you provide in order to receive information, also through the website www.fibernet.it (hereinafter also “Site”).

Holder of the treatment

Types of data processed

The Owner, in order to prepare the contract for the sale of products and services and for the purpose of executing it, as well as in order to find your requests for information, requires the provision and / or spontaneously receives from you, and therefore processes and conserves , the following types of personal data:

personal data : data relating to the customer’s personal data or, if this was a legal person, to his / her internal contact person (s);

contact details : telephone number and / or email.

Purpose of the treatment and legal basis

The personal data and / or contact data provided to the Data Controller, also through the Site, for the request of information on the Data Controller products or services will be processed to find your questions and to provide you with the requested advice, as well as, in accordance with what provided for in recital 47 of the GDPR, also for direct marketing purposes including the promotion of events, meetings, conferences and seminars, also aimed at professional training.

In order to verify your level of satisfaction, your data may also be processed for the administration of questionnaires and surveys .

The data processing takes place pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, lett. b). We ask for your consent to be able to process them even after we have given you the information or that the contract has been concluded to keep you updated on our training initiatives and promotions.

At any time you can object to the processing of data for the purposes set out above in the terms and in the manner indicated in the “Rights of the interested party” section.

Optional or mandatory consent

We ask you to give us your free and optional consent to process your personal and contact data even after we have provided you with the information for direct marketing purposes including the promotion of events, meetings, conferences and seminars, also aimed at professional training.

If you do not consent, we will not send you further communications.

 

Processing methods

The Data Controller will process your data in compliance with the guarantees of confidentiality and adequate security measures provided for by current legislation through IT and paper tools with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing, also through the use of external suppliers appointed for this purpose responsible for the processing. ex art. 28 GDPR.

Transfer and communication of personal data

Your personal data will be processed and stored on servers within the European Union, in no case will it be disclosed to third parties, unless expressly requested by the judicial authority.

Retention period of personal data

Your data will be processed as long as it is necessary to give you the requested information. If you give us consent to send you direct marketing communications, they will be processed until you request not to receive such messages .

Rights of the interested parties

In relation to the personal data you provide, pursuant to articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

(i) access and request a copy;

(ii) request the correction;

(iii) request cancellation;

(iv) obtain the limitation of the treatment;

(v) object to the treatment;

(vi) receive the data provided to the Data Controller in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device;
